Refund Policy
Our Commitment
We want you to feel confident purchasing from Healing Journey. If a product isn't right for you, we offer refunds in good faith within the window described below.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
This applies to both:
- The ebook 14 Days to Feel Like Yourself Again (£12.99 / approx. $16)
- The 30-Day Burnout Recovery Journey (£50 / approx. $63)
After 7 days, refunds are no longer available, as the digital content will have been delivered and accessible to you.
30-Day Journey Specifics
For the 30-day journey, emails begin arriving the morning after purchase. By Day 7 of the 7-day refund window, you will typically have received the first 6–7 daily emails.
If you request a refund within the 7-day window, your refund will be processed in full regardless of how many emails you have received. We will also remove you from the email sequence so no further emails are sent.
After the 7-day window has closed, refunds are not available — but you can still unsubscribe from the daily emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@starthealingjourney.co with:
- Your Payhip order number (from your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address you used at checkout
- A brief note about why you're requesting the refund (we read every one — it helps us improve)
Refunds are processed via Payhip (the original payment platform) and typically take 5–10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Before You Raise a Chargeback
If you have any issue with your purchase — refund, delivery, technical, or otherwise — please email us at hello@starthealingjourney.co before opening a chargeback with your bank.
We respond to refund and support requests promptly and in good faith. Chargebacks create unnecessary cost and friction for everyone, and we'd much rather just sort the issue out directly.
Digital Product Nature
Because these are digital products that are immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are offered as a goodwill gesture rather than a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which ordinarily does not apply to digital content that has been accessed).
We trust our customers to request refunds genuinely, and we extend this 7-day policy in good faith.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith — for example, requests made after the full content has clearly been consumed, or repeated refund requests from the same buyer across multiple purchases.
